The Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations 2018
Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018 says you must make your website or mobile app more accessible by making it ‘perceivable, operable, understandable and robust’. Your website or mobile app will meet the legal requirements if you meet the WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standard and publish an accessibility statement that explains in what way your website or mobile app is accessible.
